These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through this platform. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your order governs that transaction.
The Primer platform and the Primer subscription are operated and provided by:
Purchases on this platform fall into two clearly separated categories. (a) Marketplace purchases: the individual seller — whose identity and contact details are stated on each product page — is the seller of record and solely responsible for the product, its description, delivery and after-sales obligations; Primer acts as a technical intermediary platform only and is not a party to that contract of sale. (b) Primer subscription: for Primer's own subscription plans, Paddle.com Market Limited is the sole seller and Merchant of Record (see § 5).
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. The seller may cancel an order if the product is unavailable or if there is a pricing error; in such cases you will be refunded in full.
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. Physical goods and services are delivered according to the individual seller's stated timelines. The seller is responsible for delivery; Primer facilitates the process but does not guarantee delivery times.
All payments are handled by established, licensed payment service providers; we never store your card details. Marketplace purchases are processed by a payment processor acting on behalf of the seller named on the product page (e.g. Stripe). Primer's own charges — exclusively SaaS fees for the use of the platform: subscription plans and, where applicable, usage-based fees; Primer sells nothing else — are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Payments and refunds for these purchases are processed by Paddle, Paddle provides the checkout and appears as the billing entity on your statement and invoice, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you are entitled to a full refund if your order is not delivered, is materially not as described, is defective without remedy, or was charged in error. Refunds are issued by the seller to your original payment method via the platform's payment infrastructure. Your statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable, is described in the Right of Withdrawal notice.
Primer's liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for claims arising from injury to life, body or health, or from mandatory statutory provisions. The seller bears full product liability for the goods or services they offer.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the platform operator, to the extent permitted by law. For subscription purchases processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your contractual relationship with Paddle.
